The Calvert Industrial Mutual Aid Program is composed of industrial companies located in the Calvert City, Kentucky area of Marshall County. Membership is open at any time to additional industrial companies meeting the membership requirements of CIMAP and interested in participating in and keeping with the purpose and aim of the organization.

VI. RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT
A. Purpose
The Calvert Industrial Mutual Aid Program is an organization composed of industrial companies operating in the Calvert City, Kentucky industrial complex. The purpose of the Calvert Industrial Mutual Aid Program is to establish a plan of cooperative action whereby members will assist another member involved in an emergency, which is beyond their ability to control. Such aid or assistance will be made available upon request of the affected member, and unless requested, other members will not respond to the emergency.
