•Joint Venture initiated between Degussa and Nippon  Shokubai  to produce Automotive Emission Control Catalysts and ground was broken in March, 1992

•Start up phase began in January, 1993

•Production began in June, 1993

•Completed staffing in September, 1994

•OMG Americas acquired 50% ownership of  ICT from degussa Corp, in 2001

•OMG Americas sale of 50% ownership of ICT to Umicore, July 2003

•ICT Inc. currently employees 38 people

•Based on current business forecast minimal capital investment is required

•2 Air permits, 1 KPDES permit

•1 Pending minor source air permit
